1. Definitions
"Pro Personnel" refers to Pro Personnel Recruitment and its authorised consultants. "Client" refers to the company or entity requesting recruitment services. "Candidate" refers to any person introduced by Pro Personnel. "CTC" means the total annual cost to company of the placed Candidate, including basic salary, guaranteed allowances, and guaranteed bonuses.
2. Scope of Services
Pro Personnel will source, screen, and shortlist suitably qualified Candidates for permanent positions specified by the Client. Our service includes candidate screening, skills assessment, reference verification, and coordination of the interview process.
3. Placement Fee
A placement fee equal to 8% of the successful Candidate's annual CTC is payable by the Client upon the Candidate accepting a written offer of employment.
The fee is invoiced on the Candidate's acceptance of the offer and is payable within 14 (fourteen) days of the invoice date.
4. Replacement Guarantee
Should a placed Candidate resign or have their employment terminated for reasons of unsuitability within the first 3 (three) months of employment, Pro Personnel will source a suitable replacement at no additional placement fee, provided that the original invoice has been settled in full and Pro Personnel is notified in writing within 7 (seven) days of the Candidate's departure.
5. Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to provide accurate role requirements, to keep Pro Personnel informed of the status of introduced Candidates, and to notify Pro Personnel promptly of any offer made to a Candidate introduced by Pro Personnel.
6. Introductions & Confidentiality
Candidate details supplied by Pro Personnel are confidential and provided solely for the Client's recruitment purposes. Should the Client engage a Candidate introduced by Pro Personnel (whether for the advertised role or an alternative role) within 12 (twelve) months of introduction, the applicable placement fee remains payable.
7. POPIA & Data Protection
Both parties will process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Candidate information may only be used for the purpose of assessing suitability for employment.
